With effect to SEBI circular dated 3rd December 2009, Annual submission of “Documentary evidence of Financial Details” has been made mandatory for both New & Existing clients.

Please submit the duly signed and filled form along with the relevant document(s) to your Indiabulls Relationship Manager or Service Branch.

List of valid Income proofs: Copy of ITR Acknowledgement (for last financial year); Copy of Form 16 incase of salary income (Last financial year); Networth certificate (latest one or at the end of the last financial year); Salary Slip (for one month in current financial year); Bank account statement (for last 6 months); Copy of Demat account holding statement (For Current/Previous Financial Year)


List of valid Income Proofs (incase of Company Accounts): Copies of the balance sheet for the last 2 financial years (copies of annual balance sheet to be submitted every year – duly attested by CA); Copy of ITR Acknowledgement (for last two financial years); Copy of Annual Report (last two financial years for non-individuals- duly attested by CA); Networth certificate (latest one or at the end of the last financial year – duly attested by CA)

Note:

  • The proof(s) and form must be duly signed by you
  • The income proof shall be valid only for a year. You would be required to provide a fresh income proof, before the end of 12 months from the date of submission, in order to continue trading in the Derivatives Segment with Indiabulls Securities Limited.

To maintain or renew Running Account Facility


For regularly trading in securities in Cash, F&O and Currency Derivatives Segment of the stock exchanges, you can maintain a Running Account with Indiabulls Securities Limited. Opting for this facility shall lead to the settlement of funds and securities on quarterly/monthly basis (based on your preference), instead of daily settlement of funds & securities.

You shall be required to provide a fresh authorization every 12 months (from the date of previous authorization) in order to continue availing the facility for maintaining a Running Account with Indiabulls Securities Limited.

In order to opt for Running Account or renew your authorization, please submit the duly signed & filled form to your Indiabulls Relationship Manager or Service Branch

To reactivate your Temporarily Suspended Account

To reactivate your Temporarily Suspended Account, you would need to place a reactivation request with us, accompanied with the below mentioned documents –

  1. Account Reactivation Form (as per the format given below)
  2. Valid Income Proof (Click here for the list of proofs) .
  3. Authorization for Running Account (Click here to download the format)

To receive E-statements & SMS Alerts


Depositories (NSDL/CDSL) provide an SMS Alert facility for Demat account holders for all types of debits, subject to maximum of four ISINs & and for credits only due to IPO (for CDSL), and (for NSDL) SMS alerts would be sent for all types of Debits and Credits including Credit transfers, Credits for IPO, sub- division and bonus, Failed instructions, Overdue instructions, Mutual Fund units, Change of mobile number, Change of address.

Pursuant to SEBI directive, SMS alert facility has been made MANDATORY by the Depositories for Demat Account Holders operating through Power Of Attorney.

This facility is being provided by the depositories free of cost. 

To avail this facility please fill the relevant form provided below and send it to the following address. You can also deposit this duly signed form at your Indiabulls Service Branch.

Your ‘Demat Account Number’ is mentioned in your DP holding statements and DP Bills. You can also view your ‘Demat Account Number’ when you login to your online Indiabulls Account. To see your Demat Account Number online please go to ‘Account’ section and click on ‘Client Profile’.

If your Demat Account Number is a 16 digit number (12029900XXXXXXXX) then your Demat Account is with CDSL Depository. However, if your Demat Account Number is a 8 digit number and the DP ID is IN302236 then your Demat account is with NSDL Depository.

CDSL/NSDL vide Circular No. DP/1451 & 2009/0002 have made changes to NOMINATION IN BO ACCOUNTS

Nomination has been made mandatory for all Demat Accounts. To operate your Demat account without a Nominee, You can tick the optionI/We do not wish to nominate anyone for the below mentioned Demat account.

  • Absolutely free of Cost: Indiabulls is offering this facility to its customers absolutely free of cost.

Change in the Format of Delivery Instruction Slips/Additional Annexure required till 30th September, 2008.

CDSL/NSDL
vide Circular No. DP/989 & 2007/0071 have made changes to Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) format.

The old format of DIS would not be valid after 30th September, 2008. Therefore you are requested to ask for issuance of a new DIS Booklet.

You would be required to submit the annexure (provided below) along with the old format of DIS till DIS slips exhaust.

For any assistance on DIS issuance, please get in touch with your nearest Indiabulls Service Branch / your Relationship Manager or our Customer Care Helpline.

The new DIS booklet would be issued on the basis of Requisition Slip/Form duly signed by all the account holders along with their self attested Proof of Identity. Incase of NSDL demat account; latest transaction statement is also required.

Pursuant to a SEBI Directive, a new provision for calculation of limitation period for filing Arbitration References with the Exchanges has been introduced by both the Stock Exchanges; which include:

  • Calculation of limitation period from the end of the quarter during which the disputed transactions were executed
  • Period consumed by trading members to resolve/counter investor’s complaints subject to maximum limit of one month and extension of three months for delay in filing arbitration references with the Exchanges for factors beyond the control of the parties
